Always something happening at the Guilded Lilies Workshops
Charity Dolls: We did a lot of sewing and managed to get over 100 dolls ready to finish. Every one made a commitment as to how many dolls to take home and finish. The we began tracing, sewing stuffing and putting them together. Below is a picture of the dolls made last year. These dolls will be finished at home and ready to give out to Children Services and James Children s Cancer Center.
March Meeting:
Kristin is teaching in March, Mind you Spindle. We are all looking forward to work with epoxy sculpt.. Remember to have your base gesso and ready for the class. Kristin will also have some wood spindles and wooden shakers ready for those that would not purchasing them from her.

Baa -Baa by Merry Seipel was inspired in Rosie's class You might say Merry had a Little Lamb!
The head was sculpted in class. When she got home she made the body from a lambs wool and has the sheep knitting a sweeter from her own wool. How clever.
